Destination Design Group, Inc. is a collection of talented and creative individuals passionate about designing and producing extraordinary wine country experiences. 

DDG, Inc. was started by Ginger Guthrie who recently celebrated 20 years of experience in the Incentive Travel and Meetings Industry. She has spent her entire career designing and executing exemplary worldwide hospitality programs and events from Sydney to San Francisco. Ginger was on the formation committee of the ISES Napa-Sonoma Chapter.  She is also co-founder of the Sierra Event Company, a destination management company located in Lake Tahoe. Over the years she has held management positions with San Francisco’s top incentive travel companies and cultivated diverse client relationships ranging from boutique firms to Fortune 500 corporations.

Being located in the heart of the Napa Valley has allowed DDG to establish solid relationships with boutique wineries, private estate owners and local vendors.  The DDG design team approaches each project individually to meet your event vision and objectives while creating unparallel experiences unique to the destination.
